serta riset dan pengembangan. Rendahnya daya beli masyarakat membuat pembajakan atas karya-karya kreatif kian marak. Akibatnya, ide-ide kreatif sering kali pupus yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan degradasi kreativitas.&lt;br /&gt;Kedua, soal kendala pembiayaan. Masih belum diakuinya aktivitas ekonomi kreatif oleh perbankan membuat mereka tidak didukung bank. Minimnya modal memangkas kreativitas karena mereka hanya bekerja berdasarkan pesanan saja, bukan dari gagasan sendiri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ketiga, peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia. Pendidikan di bidang industri kreatif masih sangat kurang. Padahal, kontribusi industri kreatif dalam perekonomian nasional terus naik. Peningkatan itu tentunya membutuhkan tenaga-tenaga kreatif, inovatif, dan andal. Tidak akan mungkin tenaga-tenaga kreatif ini terbentuk tanpa adanya jenjang pendidikan di bidang industri kreatif.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: x-large; font-weight: normal;"&gt;Budaya Indonesia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Indonesia memiliki sekitar 300 kelompok etnis, tiap etnis memiliki warisan budaya yang berkembang selama berabad-abad, dipengaruhi oleh kebudayaan India, Arab, Cina, Eropa, dan termasuk kebudayaan sendiri yaitu &lt;a href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melayu" title="Melayu"&gt;Melayu&lt;/a&gt;. Contohnya tarian &lt;a href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jawa" title="Jawa"&gt;Jawa&lt;/a&gt; dan &lt;a href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bali" title="Bali"&gt;Bali&lt;/a&gt; tradisional memiliki aspek budaya dan mitologi Hindu, seperti &lt;a href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wayang" title="Wayang"&gt;wayang kulit&lt;/a&gt; yang menampilkan kisah-kisah tentang kejadian mitologis Hindu &lt;a href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ramayana" title="Ramayana"&gt;Ramayana&lt;/a&gt; dan &lt;a href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baratayuda" title="Baratayuda"&gt;Baratayuda&lt;/a&gt;. Banyak juga seni tari yang berisikan nilai-nilai &lt;a href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islam" title="Islam"&gt;Islam&lt;/a&gt;. (2) Sekolah wajib secara rutin menyelenggarakan kegiatan apresiasi seni budaya dengan mengunjungi sanggar seni/pusat kesenian seperti SAU di Padasuka. (3) dalam pendidikan seni budaya disekolah para guru harus memiliki kemampuan pengajaran dengan mengguanakan media pendidikan dengan efektif. In any teacher evaluation procedure, four aspects of teaching that are evaluated are: &lt;br /&gt;1) Teacher competency, a specific knowledge, ability, or value position that a teacher either possesses or does not possess, which is believed to be important to success as a teacher. &lt;br /&gt;2) Teacher competence, the repertoire of competencies a teacher possesses. The more competencies a teacher possesses, the more competent a teacher is said to be. &lt;br /&gt;3) Teacher performance, what the teacher does on the job; it is defined in terms of teacher behaviour under a specified set of conditions. How well a teacher performs depends in part on how competent the teacher is (what competencies the teacher possesses) and in part on the situation the teacher performs. &lt;br /&gt;4) Teacher effectiveness, the results a teacher gets. It is defined in terms of what students do not what the teacher does or can do. &lt;br /&gt;There exists a range of methods by which teachers may be evaluated, each of which may be more or less effective for certain purposes and circumstances of evaluation. Saya mengajak untuk semua saja ibu/bapak guru mari instrospeksi diri atau penilaian diri tiap habis mengajar apakah yang saya ajarkan itu dimengerti siswa?. Kebijakan Depdiknas tertuang dalam Permendiknas No. 16 Tahun 2007 tentang Kualifikasi dan Kompetensi Guru, Standar kompetensi guru ini dikembangkan secara utuh dari empat kompetensi utama, yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional. Keempat kompetensi tersebut terintegrasi dalam kinerja guru. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bagaimana para guru dapat menciptakan dan menanamkan nilai-nilai berharga bagi siswa, sehingga siswa - siswa tersebut dapat berkata "guru saya T.O.P.B.G.T." saya merasa senang ke sekolah, saya rugi jika tidak ke sekolah karena guru saya memberikan bekal hidup saat ini dan juga kelak setelah saya lulus sekolah dan lainnya.
